Apollo's Sun to Release First Published Book of Lyrics!

Been a minute, folks. I know. I have a hard time being consistent with things, and even if you may not hear from me for some time, you can rest assure that I am still at it. With that said, I am proud to announce that I will be releasing my first official book in December, right in time for the holiday season. The book is a first hand of my musical travels thusfar. Within its pages, you will find the lyrics for every song from each of my 3 solo albums, along with insight as to why I wrote each song and album. The book is titled "I'm Only Here to Help" and will be limited to a run of only 100 copies, all signed and hand numbered. Below you will find the artwork to the book, which was handled by my good friend Lakota Meyer, and laid out by my other good friend, Ant Beaston (www.antbeaston.com) Pre-orders for "I'm Only Here to Help" are now available under the "Buy Stuff" tab on the website. Get 'em now! Hope you are all well, loving, and learning.

Down the Rabbit Hole...

Hello fellow sentient beings, I hope you guys took some time out to check out the new jam I posted yesterday and enjoyed it! Today I am writing to you in support of friends of mine who are setting out on a new life venture. The good folks over at Bear8 Photo have decided to shed pre-conceived notions of how we are to live our lives and have hit the road, living in an RV. It is 100% free. Take it. But remember, one cannot receive until they give. I'm giving this to you, so please share it with somebody who may enjoy it!
     On a side note, I'm not one who plays into the money-illusion, but unfortunately, I have yet to find a way out of it. I want to keep all of my albums free, but do offer the option for you if you would decide to give a monetary (or precious metal, especially silver) donation in exchange for the album. Studio equipment, pressing albums, and promoting them is expensive, recording takes a lot of time, and I do not make my living with music. However, it is a goal of mine to change that. By donating, you are helping to make that a reality. Okay, enough of the money nonsense. It makes me feel like an asshole just for bringing it up. Now I'm analyzing myself on my own website that I'm going to publish publicly to people I may not know. Oh well.
     On a lighter note, I hope you guys dig it! Some very talented musicians have lended their hands in helping with the songs that are compiled on it. Good evening/early morning, folks! Those of you who follow my musical aspirations may be interested in knowing that my next project titled Falling Becomes Grace will be released for FREE digital download only through www.apollossun.com on February 29th, 2012. I figured since it is indeed a leap year, it would be a fitting time to drop this little gem of a project. It will feature 10 unreleased songs/remixes or collaborations I've done over the past two years. Do I have more songs than this? Oh yes, my little pudding pops. They will be birthed when it is time. Grace is my gift to you to let you know I'm still at it (not sure if that's a cocky statement or not). This is not an official album. It's an appetizer, minus the gentically modified ingredients so commonly found in our current food supply.

Now that the site is all tidy and organized, it's time to keep it moving. I'm happy to announce my next project titled Falling Becomes Grace will be dropping by the end of February. Hold me to it! Grace is a collection of unreleased songs, remixes, and songs I've been asked to release as a compilation. This project will be entirely FREE to download. For every album I put out that I ask for the devil (money) to be exchanged, I am whole-heartedly interested in giving out free music.
